  The en suite master bath has a double vanity and a walk in shower. The bathroom is handicap accessible with generous room around the ADA compliant toilet.

  The second upstairs bedroom is located at the front of the house. It has a queen bed, large closet and TV with Firestick.

  A second upstairs bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Although it is not an en suite bathroom, it is located right next to the front upstairs bedroom.

  The third upstairs bedroom is the smallest, yet it still features a queen size bed, dresser drawers, a roomy closet and TV with Firestick.

  The entryway from the front door leads to a spacious area including kitchen, dining area and living room

  The living area has plenty of seating to relax after a day of adventures. The sliding glass doors lead out to a balcony overlooking the view across the Virgin River.

  The upstairs kitchen has a four-burner range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with many small appliances, dishes and utensils.

  We have added a small computer work station if you need to hook up your laptop and get a little work done.

  The upstairs laundry room is located off the main living area. It features full size washer and dryer. The cupboards are stocked with detergent, bleach and fabric softener. An ironing board and iron are also available.

  Enter the large upstairs balcony from the living room or the master bedroom to sit and relax wile enjoying the view. Or cook some meat to perfection on the Weber propane grill.

Tucked away in a tranquil residential neighborhood at the end of a serene street along the Virgin River gorge, this is your peaceful oasis. The neighborhood is a serene haven with minimal traffic, and ample parking options include a two-car garage and an extra-long driveway on the east side of the house, perfect for accommodating all your vehicles. Street parking is also an option. Plus, the charming Confluence Park is just a short stroll away, offering fantastic hiking and biking trails.

Please note, for the safety and well-being of all our guests, we don't allow pets at our home. Most visitors are headed to Zion National Park, where pets are a no-go. We want to ensure every member of your party has a blast, and it just wouldn’t be right to leave your furry friends locked up in the house while you visited the park.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
